Haha, I hope they don’t wander off anytime soon!

    But thanks for the tip!

Wow, this is such a wonderful idea.
I hate it when you accidentally loose or damage a card from your favourite Tarot deck. Knowing you can replace it is such a relief :-)

    Very sensual!

Does this mean that I can order the Little White Book too? That’s the one I lost!!! I need it, until your companion book comes out. Let me know and I will order it right away! ;-)

P.S. Letting people order missing or damaged cards is a HUGE bonus, THANK YOU!!!

If we are speaking of cards which were not included in the deck when one purchased it or damaged in the deck when one received it I believe these should be replaced free by a publisher.

I feel it is just good business for lost or damaged cards to be replaced free of charge by a publisher, since when they break a pack of cards what are they going to do with the rest of the cards anyway? It is just good business for them to replace a customer’s cards. The customer can pay postage if required. But it should be a friendly thing, so it depends on how many lost/damaged card requests you are getting. If you are only getting the occasional one I would just send the card out for free.

$2 a card is frankly a steep cost, given if you break a pack of cards 78 x 2 means you have made a lot of money on lost cards. $156 plus postage

We are not the publisher. They should do it for free, agreed—but good luck trying to get the publisher to send out a damaged card,

We receive many requests for card replacements from people who have gotten no response from the publisher. We have nothing to do with them and in no way can we provide cards “for free”. It cost $$$ to break up a new deck in order to replace cards for folks. Plus careful shipping and a ride to the P.O….2 bucks for the artist to personally help you keep your deck whole is a very fair trade. We do it because we care about people having an intact deck. Accidents do happen, and BTW, nobody is going to buy an entire deck at 2$ per card anyway, and nobody here is getting rich off of it. That is not the purpose of this service…. Thanks for your comment:)
